You first need to redeem your License Key, which may have come with your book, been sent to you by email, or been provided by your institution. If you purchased the product from the Cheng & Tsui website, you can also find all the License Keys you have purchased on your Account Dashboard, under the Licenses tab.
To redeem a License Key:
- Log into your account. If you forget your password, you can request a new password be sent to your email address.
- Once you have logged in, click on the My Account link on the upper right hand corner of the page.
- Enter your License Key in the Key Redemption section and then click Redeem.
- After your key has been redeemed, click the Files tab on your Account Dashboard and you will see all of the downloads you have purchased.
