With the Suara Siswa series, students learn Indonesian through poems, stories, conversations, bright illustrations, and vocabulary lists. Lessons are organized around teaching modules and are supported by the Suara Siswa: Images of Indonesia, Photo Set & Teacher’s Notes which provide an insight into life in Indonesia. Level 1 consists of two textbooks (Membaca Bersama-sama Stages A & B and Cerpan Kita Stage 2) split into three stages: A, B, and 2, and is geared toward early childhood to primary school students. Level 2 consists of two stages, ideal for primary to middle school students. Level 3 is for secondary school learners.
The series includes three levels:- Suara Siswa Stages A, B & 2 – Early Childhood to Upper Primary
- Suara Siswa Stages 1 & 2 – Upper Primary to Middle Secondary
- Suara Siswa Stages 3 & 4 – Senior Secondary
