Health Care, East and West

Chinese and U.S. health care leaders joined to discuss challenges of the 21st century at the "Health Care: East and West" conference held in June 2001 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge. This is a publication of the papers and proceedings from the conference. The event was a historic first step in opening a dialogue between physicians from the United States and China in order to compare health systems and talk about common challenges. A wonderful resource for those interested in comparative international health care.
