Ordering Information for Schools

How to Order

As a provider of quality educational materials, we are eager to meet the needs of your school or institution. We welcome school and institutional orders in the form of an official purchase order, or department credit cards (Visa or MasterCard).

Forms of Payment

To establish an account with us, please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to guide you through the process. We also accept payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), personal check, and money orders. All payments must be in U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. banks. When paying by credit card, please provide the type of card, cardholder name, card number, and expiration date. Make checks payable to Cheng & Tsui Company. If you require an exact total including shipping and handling charges before ordering, we will gladly provide you with a quote.

 

Returns Policy

  • A written request is required for all returns. Please send us your request for permission to return by fax, mail, or e-mail.
  • Requests to return must be made within 30 days of receipt of materials.
  • Materials must be in saleable condition.
  • Not all materials are returnable. Please e-mail us at orders@cheng-tsui.com or call us at (800) 554-1963 for more information.

Please Note: All software items, audio CDs and cassettes, DVDs/VCDs/VHS, and field test editions are nonreturnable items.
