Is there a Multimedia Companion program for IC-1 Part 2 in the works? I'm a self-learner of Mandarin Chinese using the Integrated Chinese series. I found the Multimedia Companion program for IC-1 Part 1 (link below) indispensable for learning on my own and I'm sure even classroom-taught students would find it very valuable for use between classes. The problem is I'm now done with Part 1 of the series and have moved on to Part 2. On ordering the materials though I discovered there was no Multimedia Companion for Part 2. Is there any plan to extend the program to Level 1 Part 2? Please consider it!

I support the previous customer's request for a multimedia companion for the next part of level 1. We found that the multimedia cd was very helpful. When will the cd be ready?

Thanks for the feedback -- it's great to hear that the IC Multimedia Companion has been so useful for you! We are planning to expand the multimedia companions to other levels of the series, but for the moment, Level 1 Part 1 is the only level available.
For the time being, if you enjoy working with multimedia language tools, you might want to check out our Chinese Odyssey series -- each level has software that actually includes all the same content as the textbook, plus lots of interactive exercises. The CD-ROM can be used as a supplement to the textbook (or to another textbook) or on its own. I would say that Chinese Odyssey volume 2 is roughly at the same level as IC Level 1 Part 2.
