Troubleshooting Chinese Odyssey Patch Installation

When I try to run update.bat - I see a "Compressed/Zipped Folders Warning"?

You must first extract the contents before running the patch - refer to the patch instructions.

When I launch Chinese Odyssey after the update, I find only a blue screen with no graphics?

This will occur if the CO_VOL1_1-10 folder (the patch folder) is inside the \Program Files\Chinese Odyssey\Volume1. You should delete this folder or move it to another location, such as your desktop.
