- If you are working on a book: the author(s), publisher, anticipated date, approximate length, textbook vs. trade book, expected price, anticipated 1st print run of your book
- If you are working on an article: the author(s), journal title, anticipated date of publication of your article
- The type of rights requested: English/all languages, world/North American
