Ordering Information for Retailers

How to Order

We welcome bookstore orders from existing accounts in the form of a written purchase order. If you wish to establish an account with us, please contact our customer service department and request a credit application. We will be happy to guide you through the process.

We also accept payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), personal check, and money orders. All payments must be in U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. banks. When paying by credit card, please provide the type of card, cardholder name, card number, and expiration date. Make checks payable to Cheng & Tsui Company. If you require an exact total including shipping and handling charges before ordering, we will gladly provide you with a quote.

Please Note: The minimum order for bookstores and distributors is $25.00.

Returns Policy

  • A written request is required for all returns, whether overstock, damaged, or defective.
  • Requests for return authorization must include the invoice number, the invoice date, and original quantity purchased.
  • Overstock returns will be accepted for regular stock titles between four months and one year from invoice date. Invoices for these books must have been paid in full prior to such return.
  • Requests to return damaged, defective, and class cancellation books must be made within 30 days of receipt of materials.
  • Not all materials are returnable. Please e-mail us at orders@cheng-tsui.com or call us at (800) 554-1963 for further information.

    Please Note: All software items, audio CDs and cassettes, DVDs/VCDs/VHS, and field test editions are nonreturnable items.
