Examination and Desk Copy Policy

Please use the following guidelines when requesting examination and desk copies:

Cheng & Tsui is pleased to provide instructors access to textbook samples. For your convenience and to help protect the environment, sample lessons are available on our website. Please review these before requesting a full exam copy.
You may request exam copies for textbooks that you are considering for course adoption. Examine the textbook for up to 90 days. If you decide not to adopt the textbook, please send it back to us in salable condition. To request an exam copy, fax your request on school letterhead to 617-426-3669 or complete the online form.
One complimentary desk copy is available to instructors who adopt a textbook for every 15 copies ordered. If you order fewer than 15 copies, you may purchase the textbook at a discount of 50% (20% on eligible distributed titles). Once an order has been placed, you may request a desk copy. Fax your request on school letterhead to 617-426-3669 or email your request to orders@cheng-tsui.com. You may be asked to provide a copy of the bookstore order.
Teacher’s manuals, reference books, audio/video materials, software, and titles not published by us or for which we don’t have exclusive distribution rights may not be converted into desk copies and are not eligible for a discount.
