General Information
Scroll down and click on the link for Shipping Estimates to get an idea of probable time frames and prices for different shipping methods. Since shipping rates vary according to package weight and distance from origin, the estimates below are based on average rates. Credit card orders will be billed at time of shipment with actual shipping and handling rates for standard shipping unless otherwise instructed. If you are pre-paying by check, please use the shipping estimates below. All estimates include regular handling fees.
Our default shipping method is UPS Ground for orders in the continental United States, and DHL for overseas orders. We strongly recommend using these methods, as they are traceable, while the U.S. postal service is not.
Please Note:
- Regular orders normally ship in 2-4 business days.
- Rush handling ($12.00) ensures that all in-stock items will ship from our warehouse on the same or next business day.
(Please note that choosing an expedited shipping method, such as UPS Next-Day, does not automatically include rush handling. Rush orders must be received by noon eastern standard time to be shipped same day.)
- A street address is required for UPS delivery - no P.O. boxes, please.
- We can ship FedEx only if you have an account with them. Please supply your account number with your order.
- International customers are responsible for any relevant customs/duty charges incurred.
- For large orders (over 250 lbs.), please indicate your freight company for large shipments, whether domestic or international, and include your account number and the freight company's phone number. Remember to ask about UPS Hundredweight service.
- For shipping methods listed as "not traceable", delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
