Overstock Items
- Returns will be accepted for regular stock titles. Special-order books and out-of-print titles may not be returned. Audiocassettes, videocassettes, audio CDs, computer software, VCDs, DVDs, and field test editions are all non-returnable items.
- Books in unmarked, saleable condition may be returned between four (4) months and one (1) year from invoice date. Price stickers or their remnants are unacceptable.
- Invoices for these books must have been paid in full prior to such return.
- Requests for return authorization must include the correct invoice number, the invoice date, and original quantity purchased. Requests with incorrect invoice numbers will automatically be refused.
- Customer account must be in good standing, not more than 3 months overdue.

Defective or Damaged Books
Returns must be made for exchange or account credit only within one (1) month of invoice date and must be clearly marked as defective or damaged.
