Ordering Information

How to Order

Ordering online is quick, easy, and secure. To put an item in your Shopping Cart, just click the 'Add to cart' link for any item. You can view your order at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon on the upper right-hand corner of the page. Your cart displays all of the items you have selected, and allows you to make changes to your order. When you have finished shopping, go to 'View Cart' and finalize your order by clicking on 'Checkout'. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Online orders require pre-payment using a Visa or MasterCard. We charge your credit card only after your order has shipped. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Out Of Stock Items

  • Items that are out of stock at the time of order will be backordered.
  • It generally takes two to eight weeks for us to fill backorders for out-of-stock items, as some of our items ship from overseas.
  • We will normally ship and bill backordered items separately as soon as they become available in stock. Therefore, backorders incur separate shipping charges based on the weight of the items. Due to different availability time frames, this tends to be the most expedient method of shipping, although it may also be more expensive. Handling fees are not incurred on backorders.
  • If you would like us to ship backordered items together after all items become available, please specify when placing your order and we will be happy to accomodate you. This option typically minimizes shipping charges.
  • You can call to cancel backordered items at any time before they are shipped, and you will not be charged.

Returns

Individual customers unsatisfied with a purchase may simply contact us to return it within 30 days of the date of purchase. However, a return authorization must be issued before an item is returned. Please contact us before sending any books back to us. Books must be in saleable condition.

Please Note: All software items, audio CDs and cassettes, DVDs/VCDs/VHS, and field test editions are nonreturnable items.
