This year has centered on two complementary themes for us: innovation and sustainability. We're continuing to lead the way in top-quality Asian language learning materials, and as a company devoted to connecting the world's peoples and cultures, we're focusing on green initiatives to support global sustainability.

As Asian language programs in North America continue to flourish, more high school students are preparing for the new Advanced Placement* exams in Chinese and Japanese. We're pleased to introduce our first books dedicated to helping students prepare for the AP Japanese Language and Culture Exam: Further Adventures in Japanese and Cheng & Tsui's Strive for a 5.

For AP Chinese exam preparation, our popular Tales and Traditions series provides further insight into China's rich history of folk tales, while our Readings in Chinese Culture Series presents ancient and modern Chinese cultural topics at a level just right for beginning to intermediate language learners.
